รายละเอียดงาน
1. Coordinate with customers to inform them of the location for receiving cargo containers, cargo packing, and returning containers.
2. Receive and verify relevant documents and distribute tasks to drivers.
3. Record various transportation data, including expenses, for reimbursement.
4. Prepare invoices, payment requests, and related documents, as well as daily and monthly transportation summaries.
5. Coordinate with relevant departments and maintain records of departmental vehicle maintenance.
6. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Female, aged 25 years and above.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, adaptable, and resilient.
- Proficient in computer usage and skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
