• Data analysis for operations improvement (as well as implementation)
• Finding ways to increase revenue and reduce operations cost
• Customer experience management
• Engineering management
• Operations continuous improvement
● Operations Systems
- PMS Management : to analyze Operations PMS and trigger to Operations team to drive and improve Operations PMS to achieve targets
-Store Financial Improvement : To analyze and focus on increase Sales and reduce cost (ex. P&L, COGs, COLs, etc)
● Customer Experience Management
- To analyze customer experience data / info to improve customer satisfaction
- To initiate operations improvement from customer feedback
● To collaborate with other departments
● Related data / info / reporting provide to relevant teams
● Other tasks as assign
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Operations or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. (Experience in Restaurant chain is preferred)
- Experienced 1-5 yrs
- Intermediate to advance skill on Excel
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Systematic thinking
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagar to learn new things
- Self motivated
- Leadership / Team Collaboration
