• Set policies for personnel management
• Personnel recruitment planning
• Prepare an employment contract
• Plan training and personnel development
• Follow up on training results and evaluate results after training
• Provide advice and guidance on the development of training and positions
• Set compensation policy
• Develop/review compensation system
• Survey and compare compensation with other organizations
• Provide advice and suggestions to executives in paying returns
• Control regulations Organization's working regulations
• Resolve disputes within the organization
• Plan activities to build relationships for all employees
• Taking care of office property welfare
• Take care of all employees with the benefits that the organization provides equally and correctly

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon - Sat)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Age 35-45 years
- Any gender
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, public administration, business administration or related field.
- Have working experience at least 7 years HR& GA from trading or manufacturing industry.
- Management experience to control subordinate for 3 years up.
- Have working experience about HRM, Business labor law, GA.
- Personality: active, leadership, able to make decision
- Advance conversation low level of English
