Department: Software Development
Reports To: Director of Backend Engineering
Position Summary: We are in search of an experienced Senior Backend Developer to lead our backend team and take charge of our serverless architecture. Your primary focus will be the development and maintenance of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from our front-end developers. Using your expertise in Node.js and serverless frameworks, you will manage a team dedicated to constructing robust, scalable microservices for our web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of backend developers responsible for building new and supporting existing features.
Write clean, functional code on the back-end.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Develop and maintain all server-side network components.
Ensure optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
Collaborate with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
Design customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
Develop high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
Implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
Run diagnostic tests, repair defects, and provide technical support.
Document Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
Recommend and implement improvements to processes and technologies.
Keep abreast of advancements in backend technologies in order to optimize application performance.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in backend development including NodeJS
- Experience with serverless deployment and monitoring in cloud environments, especially AWS services.
- Expertise in database technology, including Firestore.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of junior and mid-level developers.
- Able to write documentations and technical flows.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
