1. Achieves quality assurance operational objectives.
2. Preparing and completing action plans and customer-service standards.
3. Identifying and resolving problems Completing audits and determining system improvements.
4. Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses.
5. Identifying critical control points and preventive measures.
6. Monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures.
7. Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
8. Writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
9. Maintains and improves product quality and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years up in Quality assurance or relate field
- Good working knowledge of the quality assurance
- Strong analytical skill and negotiate skill
- Good relationship and able to communication in English
- Ability to leadership
- Supervisory experience.
