รายละเอียดงานBusiness Strategy:
•Define the brand strategy to grow the business in Thailand with consistency of international brand position that align global and regional direction
•Identify and analyze consumer trend, market insight, competitiveness to be discussed with regional team and find opportunity to ensure the brand growth in Thailand
•Take a lead role in the improvement overall brand aspects, development and execution of marketing plans and strategy, including all promotional activities and product launches and all brand event aspects
•Initiate and explore new tools to increase sales performance, traffics, conversion, uplifting customer experience.
Product marketing:
•Identify opportunity, forecast demand for new products and existing, manage portfolio to accelerate growth contribution to the business, which is aligned company business goals.
•Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and promotional programs for new product launch and existing products including product strategy, allocation, portfolio growth
•Actively manage and execute marketing calendar, plans and programs to implement all elements of the marketing mix and Translate the brand’s sense of purpose into a strategy for the country and ensure everyone align with company direction.
Branding, PR and communication:
•Lead the marketing mix strategy planning and execution (360 communication/CRM/PR & KOLs /Digital/Retail and service) including the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital and social media, point of sales)
•Explore the way to increase brand visibility in local presence and drive consumer’s brand love via our brand’s message and commitment, positioning, product loves and customer experience uplifting across the channels.
Ecommerce:
•Plan and negotiate with business partners and related suppliers to smoothen the working flow, set up the working standard and negotiate during the struggling period to set up marketplace channels.
