รายละเอียดงาน
1.Receive production work assignments from the manager or assistant production manager. and follow the goals set
2.Control and monitor production to achieve goals. Prepare raw materials machine tools Supervise and give advice and teaching subordinates
3.Ensure that subordinates comply with the rules, regulations, and announcements of the company. including punctuality
4.Monitor KPI progress and take corrective measures
5.Improve and develop production processes to be efficient in order to increase productivity under reasonable costs.
6.Participate in training or coordinate well with other departments.
7.Control and oversee safety in work Organize safety training for subordinates and new employees.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality, Male, age 30-40 years.
- At least 5 years of working experience as Production supervisor position in the automotive industry.
- Good command in English communication skill
- Have knowledge of IATF16949, problem analysis and prevention methods to maintain good performance. and use of tools Various machines
