- Check and update a Time attendance.
- Submit the government document, related agency or related work.
- Planning, design and manage training course.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Prepare and renew Visa & work permit of foreign employees.
- Prepare HR reports.
- Employee data management.
- Provide advice on HR related matters (Labor Laws, Compensation, etc.)
- Coordinate and visit related agency outside for related work.
- Coordinate and be the good middle person for employees.
- Organize employee relation activities.
- Developing of company working culture.
- Company rules and regulation restrictiveness.
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
- Develop compensation and benefits plan.
- Improving evaluation system, salary structure, and implement efficient measures.
- Manage and maintain ISO9001 system to be good management.
- Other tasks as assigned.
