- Oversee and responsible for all HR functions. - Prepare payroll & allowance. - Check and update a Time attendance. - Submit the government document, related agency or related work. - Planning, design and manage training course. - Manage end-to-end recruitment process. - Prepare and renew Visa & work permit of foreign employees. - Prepare HR reports. - Employee data management. - Provide advice on HR related matters (Labor Laws, Compensation, etc.) - Coordinate and visit related agency outside for related work. - Coordinate and be the good middle person for employees. - Organize employee relation activities. - Developing of company working culture. - Company rules and regulation restrictiveness. - Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations. - Develop compensation and benefits plan. - Improving evaluation system, salary structure, and implement efficient measures. - Manage and maintain ISO9001 system to be good management. - Other tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Thai Nationality
  2. Female /Male
  3. Age 28 to 38 years old
  4. Bachelor’s degree in Human resource, Psychology or any related field.
  5. Experienced over 5 years in HR
  6. Experienced in recruitment process
  7. Hand-on experience with payroll software (Tigersoft program).
  8. Having experience involved in ISO9001.
  9. Skills in HRD and HRM.
  10. Knowledge of Thai Labor Law.
  11. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  12. Good command of Business English skill
  13. Self-motivated, active person, and result-oriented.
  14. Good communication skills, positive attitude and relationship.
  15. Good Service mind and able to work well under pressure.
  16. Passion to learn new things.
  17. Having knowledge and experience of Career Path System will be advantages
  18. Having knowledge and experience of Culture Transformation will be advantages.
  19. Japanese skill will be advantage.
