Responsibility:
1.Coordinates directly to Product, QA, Production on technical and problems of various existing and upcoming production and its manufacturability.
2.First pass yield, target achieved and able to sustain.
3.Ensures that key results area, cycle time, machine, dppm, attrition rate is within target and aligned to company goals and objectives.
4..Prepares/Plans improvement projects and constantly provide direct superior and management with significant update on project progress.
5.Able to provide technical support to production line and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Attends meeting as required by management and participate in technical discussion able to prepare significant technical report and CV.
6.Able to prepare significant technical report and corrective action.
7.Support program management in discussion of technical details with related team and/or client
8.Training and qualified front line staff, make sure understanding of work standard for new product build. Develops work instruction, procedures, that is deemed comprehensive to operators.

- Experiences: SMT process
- Good communication skills, English
