รายละเอียดงานThe Sales Admin plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring a smooth customer experience from contract/agreements to handover. This position is responsible for preparing and managing sales documents, coordinating with internal departments, and handling post-sales processes such as room inspection and repair tracking.
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage sales documents, including quotations, contracts, receipts, and invoices.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support sales processes.
Assist in room inspections, organizing repairs, and preparing units before handover.
Track customer status and support sales team in closing deals and after-sales service.
Maintain organized records and handle administrative tasks related to the sales department.

- aged 25-35 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Thai nationality
- experience in sales administration or customer service at least 1 year in real estate
- Can communicate in English.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Strong Communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and weitten (Knowledge of Russian or Chinese is a plus.)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
