2.Supervise, monitor, and follow up on daily operations to ensure consistency with SOPs and service standards
3.Coordinate with all departments (HODs) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
4.Allocate manpower and resources effectively to support daily operations
5.Distribute tasks clearly to supervisors and staff, and follow up on performance
6.Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across all areas
7.Handle guest complaints, operational issues, and unexpected situations professionally
8.Work closely with local staff and communities to ensure smooth collaboration
9.Conduct regular checks and provide feedback to improve operations
10.Be available to support operations during emergency situations when required
11.Perform other duties as assigned by Management
