1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the organization, with a focus on attracting top talent in the Media, Finance and Technology sectors.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
3. Implement best practices for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
4. Contribute to the development and enhancement of our employer brand, both internally and externally.
5. Utilize various channels to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
6. Identify and assess training and development needs within the organization, particularly tailored to the [Media/Finance/Technology] industry.
7. Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business goals.
8. Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and overall performance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience is required in a recruitment and training development role.
- Knowledge of training methodologies and development programs.
- Strong understanding of industry trends.
- Ability to drive employer branding activities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
