Job Description
1. Sales Development: Promote both Sinova portfolio and Sivacon panels within existing partners
2. Partner Development - Capability Enhancement: Work with partners to understand training and development needs. Feedback on requirements and develop training program with team leader.
3. Technical Consultation: Able to develop him/herself with technical knowledge based on training provided. Should be able to offer 1st level technical guidance and support to partners and recruited panel builders in Thailand regarding product selection, installation, and maintenance.
4. Customized Solutions: Collaborate with partners and panel builders in Thailand to develop tailored solutions using Siemens EP products.
5. Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities in Thailand's market.
6. Quotations and Proposals: Prepare accurate proposals based on client requirements, emphasizing the use of Siemens EP products through partners in Thailand.
7. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations in Thailand, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
8. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate and support Siemens partner channels in Thailand. Effectively communicate in English with Siemens colleagues globally.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Fluency in Thai (spoken and written) is essential.
- Proficient communication skills in English to collaborate with Siemens colleagues globally.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in technical sales, or engineering roles within the electrical industry (sales engineer, electrical engineer, switchgear design, electrical designer)
- Strong technical knowledge of low voltage switchgear systems.
