Columbia Pictures Aquaverse Movie Theme Park, the world's first Sony Pictures' Columbia Pictures branded theme park located in Chonburi, Thailand, is seeking a passionate and experienced e-Commerce Specialist. If you are skilled in managing online stores, creating impactful marketing campaigns, and providing exceptional customer service, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our growing online retail presence. Job Description: As an e-Commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online sales channels, particularly through Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. You will be responsible for creating and managing campaigns, listing products, setting up our online stores, and ensuring top-notch customer service in both the local language and English. Your efforts will directly contribute to our brand's visibility and sales performance on these leading e-commerce platforms. Roles and Responsibilities: Create and manage engaging campaigns to promote our products on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and the other relevant platforms. List products accurately and attractively to maximize visibility and sales. Setup and optimize the online stores to reflect our brand's ethos and attract our target market. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in both the local language and English. Manage accounts effectively, ensuring a seamless operation and achieving sales targets. Utilize Facebook and other platforms to create marketing campaigns that generate interest and drive traffic to our online stores. Monitor, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI) on a daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis. Optimize campaigns daily by adjusting bidding strategies, AB Testing, finding new keywords or audiences, and working closely with the internal team to improve website SEO. Reporting E-Commerce Webs
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Proven experience in e-commerce, with specific expertise in managing Lazada and Shopee stores.
  2. Familiarity with the setup, optimization, and management of online stores.
  3. Experience in creating and managing online marketing campaigns.
  4. Ability to provide excellent customer service in both the local language and English.
  5. A track record of successful account management and meeting sales targets.
  6. 1 year or more experience in Online Marketing Specialist.
  7. Majoring in media, advertising, marketing, and/or related studies.
  8. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
  9. Proficiency in creating and managing marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook.
  10. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for product listing optimization.
  11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  12. High attention to detail with excellent follow-through and a strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned projects and tasks.
  13. Must be fluent in English
  14. Minimum 5 years’ experience
