1. To collaborate with internal teams in addressing operational issues during client sessions.
2. To review and ensure the accuracy of cost/revenue for each client and complete operational billing promptly and accurately.
3. To supervise and ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the team.
4. To summarize operational performance reports and participate in review sessions with clients.
5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered to.

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience 3 - 5 years of experience in the CS field.
Good command English
knowledge in logistics and transportation management is preferable
