คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in marketing roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, analytics tools, and social media management tools.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Creativity and innovation, with a passion for developing engaging marketing campaigns.
