รายละเอียดงาน
1.Oversee the implementation of the company's rules and regulations across all work sections, ensuring that tasks and objectives are carried out and properly executed.
2.Strictly control the distribution of production materials, tools, and cutters, supervising their reasonable usage to prevent waste.
3.Communicate and negotiate with relevant departments in a timely manner to address quality and delivery issues that arise during the production process.
4.Regularly inspect the work of supervisors and foremen to ensure proper implementation, dealing promptly with any anomalies to maintain orderly production operations.
5.Allocate production tasks periodically and organize relevant personnel to complete them, addressing any production issues (quality, equipment, pre-production preparations, staff coordination) as they arise.
6.Enforce and ensure the implementation of 5S management practices.
Guide the work of foremen to ensure continuity and the timely completion of monthly production plans.
7.Organize regular fire safety training for employees to enhance their awareness and supervise the implementation across all sections, dealing with any abnormalities immediately.
Establish and improve departmental management systems, organize discussions, and oversee their execution.
8.Regularly convene production meetings to resolve production issues promptly.
9.Familiar with the ISO9001 Quality Management System.
