รายละเอียดงานWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Client's CEO. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, demonstrating professionalism and discretion at all times. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing incoming communications. Draft, proofread, and edit emails, memos, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents. Conduct research and compile information as requested by the CEO to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. Represent the CEO professionally in interactions both internally and externally.
