•Develop a business opportunity with new and proactive clients as well as maintaining a business relationship with existing customers to meet company’s sales target
•Build strong and long-lasting customer relationship
•Coordinate with relevant teams and freight forwarder for customers’ orders arrangement
•Present product information, negotiate the price and close business deals
•Check and monitor product delivery status and bill payment with customers
•Research and analyze market information of responsible products to prepare market trends and sales plans
•Manage customer’s complaints and coordinate with relevant parties to solves issues, including preparing preventive measures
•Monitor closely distributor’s performance and work closely with them to ensure sales target assigned is achieved
•Track and analyses the progress and results regularly
