•Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s snack food products.
•Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth within the Thai market.
•Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with customer preferences and trends.
•Oversee social media marketing campaigns and content creation tailored to the Thai market.
•Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities offer a high return on investment.
•Coordinate with sales teams to integrate marketing and sales strategies for maximum impact.
•Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly.
•Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives such as product Omni-Channel launches, events, and partnerships.
•Report on marketing campaign performance and develop optimization strategies.
•Reporting to CEO directly
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the food especially snack industry or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of successful marketing innovation and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of the Thai snack food market and consumer behavior.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in Thai and proficient in English/ Chinese.
- Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
