- Qualifications and interviews with the agency. Include checks documentation of the application and complete the test.
- Follow the requested power request from the agency with validation.Attachments and signatures are authorized by the responsible agency.
- Promote the recruitment of employees through the website, signage or other.
- Prepare contract documents and prepare documents such as employee manuals, JD is fully staffed by the responsible agency.
- Notify the new employee orientation in the responsible agency.
- Coordinate recruitment both inside and outside the organization.
- Mentor/train the staffs in accordance with the group's training matrix.
- Giving support, encouragement and motivation for work performing.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree Management of political science or related fields.
- At least 5-7 years experience in recruiting.
- Legal knowledge
- Computer skills such as Ms.Office program.
- Can drive and have driving license.
- Communication skills.
- Good command of Business English skill.
