- Design and enhance training programs to increase efficiency.
- Prepare training materials, including handbooks, presentations, and pre and post-tests.
- Generate reports and training plans for presentation to the manager and top management.
- Facilitate the company's online training platform (Learning management system)
- Coordinate with the regional management team to facilitate training programs or activities as required.
