รายละเอียดงาน
- Conduct training sessions for all staff, including new hire orientation, soft-skills training, and fulfilling special requests from other departments.
- Design and enhance training programs to increase efficiency.
- Prepare training materials, including handbooks, presentations, and pre and post-tests.
- Generate reports and training plans for presentation to the manager and top management.
- Facilitate the company's online training platform (Learning management system)
- Coordinate with the regional management team to facilitate training programs or activities as required.
Perform other duties as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or other related fields
- At least 6 months of experience in Trainer, HRD
- Experience in training for contact center or customer service field is a plus
- Good at communication in English, both verbal and written
