รายละเอียดงาน
1 负责KD 工厂投资预算编制，跟踪建设项目资金执行情况及重点项目进度，提交投资执行情况报告
Responsible for KD factory investment budget preparation ；Follow up the fund implementation of KD factory construction project and the progress of key projects, and submit the investment implementation report
2.协助业务单位做好项目过程管理，并对投资差异进行深入分析，确保投资进度及预算控制
Assist business units in project process management, conduct in-depth analysis of investment differences, and ensure investment schedule and budget control
3.负责资产的管理（包括厂房、设备、研发、销售、管理、无形资产等）和会计核算，负责资产卡片建立、核对和折旧计提,确保资产的准确性和合规性
Responsible for assets management (including plant, equipment, research and development, sales, management, intangible assets, etc.) and accounting;
Responsible for the establishment, verification and depreciation of asset cards; ensure the accuracy of asset amount, expense attribution and other related information;
4.负责资产盘点事项，确保公司资产账实一致，寻找原因，及时处理；

5.根据业务及工作实际开展需要，制定、完善资产管理流程(资产评估、资产处置等)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 良好的语言技巧，熟练读写中文普通话及英语。 Strong language skills (Chinese ) fluently in speaking and writing
- 熟悉中国及泰国企业会计准则，掌握成本管理的工具和方法 Familiar with Chinese and Thai business accounting standards, mastering assets management tools and methods
- 熟练应用SAP、PPT、Excel等办公软件 Proficient in SAP,PPT, Excel and other office software
- 具有优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，有全局观、原则性、服务意识和团队意识强烈 Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of overall perspective, principle, service and team spirit
- 工作踏实认真，自我驱动力和学习意愿强烈，具有较强的抗压能力； Practical and serious in work, strong self-driving force and learning willingness, and strong ability to work under pressure;
