รายละเอียดงาน
•Lead to develop and improve the molding process for new and existing processes.
•Optimize mold injection parameter and analyze product quality by adapting the polymer or plastic technical knowledge combined with statistical analysis.
•Monitor and investigate the mold quality issue including mold dimensions issue and mold defect issue.
•Solve and improve the mold quality by applying engineering tools.
•Increase the mold productivity and maintain the mold machine performance.
•Train the plant operator and technician to understand the basic mold injection, polypropylene property and mold measurement.
•Other tasks as assigned by superior.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical engineering or sciences or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Solid work
- Have experience of injection moulding process will be advantages
- Good communication skill
- Good command in English both writing and speaking
