รายละเอียดงาน
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
- Provide customers with the organization's service and product information.
- Resolve concerns from clients and record client's issue s and case notes into the system.
- Follow up on complicated customer calls where required.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Able to communicate in Thai and English.
- Good command of Khmer skills.
- Good customer service mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- New graduates are welcome.
- Technical understanding of chatbot technologies would be a big plus.
- Familiarity with the Cambodian market and customer service preferences.
