1.负责泰国线上车抵贷相关产品的整体规划、设计、开发、优化及运营，确保产品符合当地市场需求和法规要求； Responsible for the overall planning, design, development, optimization, and operation of online car mortgage-related products in Thailand, ensuring that the products meet local market demands and regulatory requirements. 2.深入研究泰国汽车金融市场，分析竞争对手的产品特点，提出针对性的产品策略； Conduct in-depth research on the Thai automotive finance market, analyze competitors' product characteristics, and propose targeted product strategies. 3.主导与内外部团队的沟通协作，包括市场部门、风险管理部门、技术部门等，确保产品开发的顺利进行； Lead communication and collaboration with internal and external teams, including marketing departments, risk management departments, technical departments, etc., to ensure smooth product development. 4.监控产品运营数据，分析用户行为，持续优化产品功能和用户体验； Monitor product operation data, analyze user behavior, and continuously optimize product features and user experience. 5.跟踪产品上线后的市场反馈，及时调整产品策略，确保产品的市场竞争力； Track market feedback after product launch, promptly adjust product strategies, and ensure the product's market competitiveness. 6.负责团队建设和人才培养，提升团队整体能力和执行力。 Responsible for team building and talent development, enhancing the overall capabilities and execution of the team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, management, or related fields, with over 5 years of experience in financial product planning or management.
  2. Familiar with the automotive finance market in Thailand, with a deep understanding and practical experience in car loan products.
  3. Possess sharp market insights and data analysis skills, able to accurately grasp market trends and user needs.
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively communicate with different departments and drive project progress.
  5. Strong risk awareness and risk management skills, ensuring the compliant operation of products.
  6. Excellent English language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, proficient in using English for work communication. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  7. Possess an international perspective and cross-cultural communication skills.
