1.负责泰国车抵贷相关业务的市场调研，分析市场趋势、竞争态势和客户需求，制定用户增长策略并执行； Responsible for conducting market research on car loan-related business in Thailand, analyzing market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer demands, and devising user growth strategies for implementation. 2.策划并执行市场推广活动，通过Tiktok、Facebook等社交媒体及其他线上渠道进行推广，提升品牌知名度和市场占有率； Plan and execute marketing campaigns through social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and other online channels to increase brand awareness and market share. 3.搭建并维护用户增长体系，包括用户拉新、激活、留存、召回等机制的设计与实施； Establish and maintain a user growth system, including the design and implementation of mechanisms for user acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation. 4.制定市场营销策略，包括定价策略、渠道策略、促销策略等，确保业务目标的达成； Develop marketing strategies, including pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies, to ensure the achievement of business objectives. 5.与销售团队紧密合作，协助制定销售策略，提供市场信息和客户反馈，促进销售业绩的提升； Work closely with the sales team to assist in developing sales strategies, provide market information and customer feedback, and enhance sales performance. 6.建立并维护与合作伙伴的关系，包括但不限于汽车经销商、金融机构等，共同推动业务发展； Build and maintain relationships with partners, including but not limited to car dealerships and financial institutions, to jointly promote business development. 7.监控并分析市场数据，定期向上级汇报市场动态和业务进展，为决策提供有力支持。 Monitor and analyze market data, regularly report market dynamics and business progress to superiors, and provide strong support for decision-making.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, marketing, economics, or related fields, with over 5 years of experience in marketing or related
  2. Deep understanding of the Thai car loan market, familiarity with local market environment, regulations, policies, and industry trends.
  3. Excellent market analysis skills and keen market insight, able to accurately grasp market opportunities and customer needs.
  4. Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to establish effective cooperation with different departments and partners.
  5. Excellent event planning and execution abilities, capable of independently planning and executing marketing activities.
  6. Strong data analysis and report writing skills, able to utilize data analysis tools to deeply explore and analyze market data.
  7. Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, proficient in using English for work communication, proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
