2. Analyze and solve problem relating to process abnormalities.
3. Develop work skill of sub-ordinates for productivity improvement.
4. improves Manfacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow and equipment layout.
5. Maintenance professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshop, reviewing professional publication, establishing personal network.
6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing relates result as needed.
7. Coordinate with manufacturing team and all department to support for target achievement.
8. Follow assigned jobs by superiors.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer
- Working Experience 5-10 years in Maintenance.
