-Responsible for overall recruitment processes from job posting, candidates screening, interviewing, offering until the hiring is done.
-Coordinate with head hunter for follow up the candidate resume and give a feedback.
-Coordinate with an outsourcing company for all recruitment processes.
-Maintain HR personal files and update employment record to be accurate.
-Responsible for administration works and other assignments as required.
2. Compensation and Benefits Function (10%)
-Communicate about changes in welfare and benefits and solve any related problems occurred.
-Other tasks related to compensation and benefits.
3. Labor Relations and Law (10%)
-Review HR legal documents.
-Coordinate with the Legal Department, and law firms (if need be.)
āļāļļāļāļŠāļĄāļāļąāļāļīāļāļđāđāļŠāļĄāļąāļāļĢ - Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, such as Human Resource Management, Political Science, Psychology, Arts, etc.
- 1-3 yearsâ experience in HR including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Relations.
- Excellent command of both in English and Chinese is a preferred.
- Being able to work under high pressure and able to prioritize workload.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
