-Responsible for attendance, front desk reception, official vehicle management, meeting management, and corporate culture development.
-Responsible for managing various systems related to employee performance, compensation, and benefits.
-Organize employee training and professional skill certification.
-Organize various team-building activities to enhance team cohesion and foster a sense of belonging among employees.
2. Office asset procurement and management (20%)
-Maintain inventory of office supplies and welfare items and place orders as needed.
-Ensure proper management and maintenance of electronic devices, communication equipment, and fixed assets.
3. Document and file management (20%)
-Responsible for managing company regulations and policies.
-Prepare and archive documents such as meeting minutes, decision-making records, and notifications.
4. Facility and logistics management (10%)
-Responsible for the maintenance and management of office equipment, including IT systems and facilities.
-Ensure company environmental safety, including plant security, safety production, and fire management.
