•Bank reconciliations and merchant statements.
•Recording income and expenses, gather all the documents to Account Team.
•Tracking inventory and ordering supplies.
•Verify any invoices from supplier, coordinate with Account team to process payment.
•Follow up the receipts once payment successfully paid.
•Coordinate with Erawan Hotel Public Co., Ltd. for any rental invoices or utility bills.
•Coordinating daily restaurant management operations.
•Tracking time attendance and leave record.
•Appraises staff performance by using the restaurant’s performance management system.
•Managed all aspects of a successful new marketing campaign to further customer base to include logo change, working closely with web designers and creating new menus and restaurant advertising materials.
•Any other assign by management.
