1.Responsible for daily accounting activities.

2.Maintain company Chart of account to meet business requirements and corporate rules

3.Optimize accounting processes on AR/AP/FA/Expense/GL/TAX functions
优化应收款/应付款/固定资产/支出/总账/税务功能的会计流程
4.Tracking monthly checklist to make sure all accounting
activities complete on time
跟踪月度检查表,确保所有会计活动按时完成
5.Conduct monthly closing processes with accuracy and in time
准确及时地进行月度结账流程
6.Conduct Balance sheet review and analysis, account reconciliation review, Tax review, etc.
行资产负债表审查和分析、账户对账审查、税务审查等
7.Prepare monthly PRC /IFRS report package
编制中国/国际财务报告准则月度报告
8.Support forecast, Budget on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
支持预测,每月、每季度和每年的预算
9.Support and coordinate internal audit and external audit, included tax audit
支持和协调内部审计和外部审计,包括税务审计
10.Conduct all kind of tax activities such as CIT, DTA, VAT, Export refund and Nontrade record in tax government
在税务部门进行各种税务活动,如CIT、DTA、VAT、出口退税和非贸易记录
11.Participate in cross-department assignment and ad-hoc tasks from leader
