รายละเอียดงาน
• Procure FA (fatty alcohol) at the lowest possible price from Germany (must have excellent English communication skills).
• Review suppliers’ performance and identify area of improvement.
• Compare, analyze and negotiate pricing of items and services to be purchased prior request for approval
• Collaborate with internal users to estimate and establish budgets for purchase items and services
• Develop annual plans for purchasing items and services
• Create and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Ensure that the procured items and services meet quality standard and arrived on-time
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures
• Maintaining and updating supplier’s information and pricing records
• Work with team members to complete tasks as needed
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- GPA at least 2.7 in Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Supply Chain and Logistics, or Business Administration
- TOEIC at least 550 point, ability to communicate with 3rd language is a plus
- At least 3 years working experience related to chemicals and/or freight and transports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software (SAPs, ARIBA, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
