รายละเอียดงาน• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers (Japanese Automotive) for OEM products.
• Manage sales member and oversaw all aspects of Sales Management from target setting, sales strategies and invoicing.
• Kicking off and perform new model project until mass production.
• Visit and profile prospective new customers.
• Support operations team to get necessary information for establish proposal, quotation and budgetary plan.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Issuing monthly report with analysis and present in management meeting to Japanese Top Management.
• Responsibility for structuring and negotiating pricing to achieve profitable growth across assigned product segment
• Forecasting sales for upcoming months and quarters and compiling the necessary reports for top management to review.
• Serving as a liaison between the Sales department and other departments.
• Coordinating with customers and related department to resolve any customer problems.

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Sales or related fields over 3 years
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 up) and Able to communicate English
- Basic acknowledge processing of automotive products will be advantage
