Major Responsibilities •Responsible for the operation of an assigned area in terms of production, quality, cost, delivery, technical, safety, and human resources, whilst respecting the defined goals. •Manage 5S in production areas and ensure to sustain 5S standard •Manage production output to meet the target •Checking the availability of equipment and machinery before production •Strive to continually improve using Lean tools to reduce costs, improve production and quality. •Decisions and results have an impact on the function and its success. •Examination of the production plan received from the planning department •Manage Production department according to guidelines from Manager. •Manage Production lines to get high performance, efficiency, and productivity. •Control Production to meet production plan and customer requirements. •Control Production to produce with high standard refer to ISO9001, Safety, and company rule.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in Production supervisor (Prefer Automotive industry).
Excellent leadership skills
Drive manufacturing success through Lean manufacturing concept and mindset.
Build an effective team and workplace of the choice environment in the team.
