•Being the point of contact for retailer supply chain contacts and internal business manager.
•Communicating with retailers daily regarding any shortages to orders and forward availability.
•Handling the monthly meeting with the retailer and Sales team (review and update progress presentations).
•Reviewing stock availability and identifying corrective actions.
•Working with the retailers to prevent issues in their supply chain.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalence in any field.
Experience in Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Good command of English.
Proficient skill for MS Office Applications Excel/Word/PowerPoint/SAP (especially Excel, Pivot Table and Vlookup).
Understanding the supply chain elements and processes FMCG experience.
