- Coordinate all aspects of production development, including scheduling, budgeting, with HQ in China.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as product development, manufacturing, and marketing,
after sales service center to ensure alignment of production goals and timelines.
- Manage communication with external team to procure necessary materials and services.
- Monitor and track all progress that MDTH coordinator with all PD, identifying any potential delays or issues
and implementing solutions to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to production schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement new technologies or methodologies to improve production processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in production coordination or project management, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices is a plus
- This addition highlights the requirement for proficiency in both Chinese and English languages for effective communication in this role.
- Must have excellent Chinese communication skill (HSK 5+)
