2.Analyze customer’s credit and financial ability to apply mortgage loan and advice customers the credit improvement to increase the chance of close contract success.
3.Monitor customers credit and financial status in the portfolio and compare to the bank criteria to prepare the mortgage loan applying
4.Coordinate with bank partners and other external stakeholders to facilitate the housing mortgage loan processing. Prepare all necessary documents for the customers and ensure consistent follow-up on the case status.
5.Conduct thorough checks on work processes and procedures, verifying and reviewing data inputs for disbursement of ownership transferring expenses and asset appraisal.
6.Prepare and check a comprehensive expense summary report after completing the ownership transferring process.
7.Provide consultation and information to customers who are ready to close the contract, assisting in setting up a viable plan.
8.Provide information and plan for customer who is ready / has ability to close the contract with the company by cash.
9.Keep update bank criteria, required documents and related information which related to the loan applying every quarter to prepare and plan the customer’s close contract plan.
10.Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and partner banks.
