รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibilities:
-Create a draft contract and submit it to the client
-Follow up the draft contract with the client until completely signed
-Coordinate with the Commercial/Legal Team in case the client has any point on the contract
-Coordinate with the Invoice Team for the document to process the invoice to the client
-Update the status of the detailed work in the Excel file
-Any other work as assigned by the reporting manager
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Good attitude
- Good communication & Multitask skill
- Basic in English
- High responsibility
- Good computer literacy with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- 1-2 year experience in contract work will be specially considered
- Fresh graduated also welcome to apply
