The primary objective of the Inside Sales Specialist is to manage and grow relationships and drive expansion and renewals across all solutions (foundational solutions primary) within assigned accounts with have a proactive and systematic approach to working through the assigned account list.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships and drive expansion and renewals across all solutions
- Communicate quotes, provide supportive sales documentation and obtain a sales order where there is an opportunity to close a sale.
- Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling of solutions and services and display superior telephone etiquette.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 2 - 5 years of experiences in administrative tasks.
- High responsibility and attention to details.
- Good computer literacy with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good communication & Multitask skill.
- Good interpersonal skills to work cross functionally with different business units.
