Junior Software Tester and Customer Support Engineer / Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Develop software testing strategies and procedures
- Test the developed software modules
- Create the test environment and test the issues reported by customers
- Provide support to customers through the internet and email
- Regularly update the system documentation in English
- Perform general secretarial and administration tasks when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Higher in IT, Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of SQL
- A proactive, team player with ability to work in dynamic environments
- Good command of written and spoken English and Thai
- Some financial and/or accounting experience would be a plus
- The candidate must be Thai national

Previous work experience in a similar position would be an advantage. Additional language skills (Spanish, French or Mandarin) would be an advantage too.
Our office is located near Democracy Monument.

- A salary range from 25,000 - 35,000 Baht, commensurate with experience
