Define and drive the E-commerce business strategy, Digital Marketing & Marketing Communications This position is responsible for developing the strategy and execution of the E-Comm business and Marketing Communications in coordination with business/marketing initiatives to deliver financial plans (sales, margin, contribution, inventory turns). Drive revenue and manage the P&L. Work cross functionally and maintain a close relationship with the product marketing teams, • Take a strategic view of the digital commerce landscape, developing the digital and E-commerce strategy with industry best practices and trends. • Oversee concept development, strategizing, planning, implementation, and coordinating of digital and e-commerce initiatives. • Develop O2O integrated marketing plan: Understand consumer on- line shopping behavior and needs and leverage online shopper data based and work with marketing team to generate more traffic from online to offline showrooms. • Contribute to the product strategy for the Company's online services. • Manage the sales operation process and price system in the new channels • Keep online store image updated and consistent with Safe brand position • Strategic planning and implementation of marketing communications strategy in the region to drive activities to achieve the maximum performance at the highest efficiency. • Position the company's brand as the leading brand in quality, design and value to the customers through effective advertising, publications, promotion and merchandising programs, events, exhibitions and tradeshows, and other marketing communication efforts. • Build and coach the team to ensure the highest standards of service. • Perform other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

เพศชาย เพศหญิง 35 - 45 ปี
ประสบการณ์การทำงาน e-business อย่างน้อย 8 ปี และความรู้ด้านการสื่อสารดิจิทัล/การตลาดที่หลากหลายพร้อมประสบการณ์ระดับผู้นำ
ปริญญาตรี สาขาธุรกิจ การเงิน การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรง
ความรู้เชิงลึกและประสบการณ์ในการจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลงและประวัติที่ได้รับการพิสูจน์แล้วในการสร้างธุรกิจ E-comm ที่ประสบความสำเร็จในสภาพแวดล้อมการค้าปลีกที่ซับซ้อนและหลายช่องทาง
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวางกลยุทธ์ Marteting 10 ปีขึ้นไป
มีทักษะในการนำเสนอ และบริหารผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
