Role and Responsibilities
This role is part of driving excellent model in Production Cell. He/she will play an important role in supporting team, focusing in preventive maintenance scope via manufacturing excellence. He/she will improve machine reliability to achieve company operation performance target in productivity, cost, quality, delivery, safety etc.
People Skills:
- Must be a “Team Player” who can facilitate improvement efforts while also soliciting ideas from all team members.
- Must be able to work well with frontline operators and mechanics, as well as with middle and upper management.
- Ability to influence their coworkers in positive ways to promote changes of paradigms.
- Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement projects within a specified time frame while achieving a cost reduction goal.
Technical Skills:
- Good technical knowledge of equipment in manufacturing
- Good knowledge of operational or mechanical details of the equipment, and how it works and what functions or task it performs.
Team Facilitation Skills :
- Leading and task follow up from Equipment Improvement Teams, Maintenance Excellence Teams, on committed tasks.
- Ability to team facilitation, assure the success of our teams by defined mission and goal.
- Ability to clearly defined team roles and problem-solving strategies, such as Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Cause Effect Analysis, etc.
Computer Skills:
- Knowledge of basic computer skills to perform their duties, such as collecting data using Excel spreadsheets and composing PowerPoint presentations.
- Able to perform tracking and reporting the financial benefit of a Performance Excellence project.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- +5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment and sound knowledge of manufacturing process, with experience as Maintenance Technician
- Computer literate with competence in all Microsoft applications
- Good command of English both written and spoken. (The Must)
- Strong technical in Lean, TPM or Excellent Manufacturing Model.
- Proven experience in reliability improvement project.
- Problem Solving and Systematic Thinking Skill.
- Engaging personality with ability to build proactive Operation culture and work with diverse team
- Ability to communicate fluently and concisely.
