Reservations, both from online agents and contracts.
Ensure guests are welcomed and well served during their stay.
Assist guests with travelling and transportation needs.
Oversee day to day operation of front office.
Oversee daily reports to accountant
Oversee Housekeeping
Contact Tour Agent
Maintain cleanliness of front office area
Make sure bills are correct and info is entered in system correctly.

- Billing/checkout with PMS eg. Easyfo, Opera, Commonche.
- Reservations, both from online agents and contracts.
- Ensure guests are welcomed and well served during their stay.
- Oversee operations of Front office, Housekeeping, and other major parts of the resort.
