รายละเอียดงานResponsibilities:
1. Communication: Facilitate communication between Thai staff and Chinese, Taiwan clients or partners, both verbally and in writing.
2. Translation: Translate documents, emails, and other materials from TH-CH, CH-ENG and vice versa accurately and efficiently.
3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings for both local and international stakeholders.
4. Correspondence: Draft and proofread correspondence in Chinese, English and Thai, including emails, letters, and reports.
5. Document Management: Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
6. Cultural Liaison: Serve as a cultural liaison between Chinese and non-Chinese colleagues, assisting in bridging cultural gaps and fostering understanding.
7. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing necessary travel documents.
8. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events, conferences, or seminars, including coordinating logistics and managing invitations.
9. Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients or partners, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
10. Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.
