รายละเอียดงาน
- Collaborating with Product Engineering / Program Management and fellow manufacturing engineers to develop processes for the evaporator parts manufacturing by in-house NCT&BP machine.
- Supporting the day-to-day NCT&BP operations by providing expert technical support to the Production and Maintenance teams.
- Developing preventative maintenance systems for the main NCT&BP machine & tools.
- Identifying and developing local suppliers to support spare parts sourcing and new NCT&BP tool introduction.
- Identifying and resolving issues during the design validation phases to achieve acceptable Design-For-Manufacturing outcomes (safety/quality/cost).
- Supporting Stamping engineer to create WI, Check sheet and other documentation.
- Working internally, and closely with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams.
- Support ME team to driving continuous improvement project
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field
- Understanding of automotive quality systems including PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, PFMEA, Engineering Change, BOM management, and ISO/IATF 16949.
- Experience in AP100/4I programmer and operate NCT&BP machine
- Good knowledge of part design, materials, and production processes
- Good command in English
