• Answering calls/chat/the email from Thai and foreign customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
• Excellent customer service, focused on all enquiries and provided services
• Coordinate to related departments for solving the issues.
• Keep records and up-to-date logs of your conversations on our contact center database system
• Work towards KPI’s to earn your monthly bonuses!

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least 1 years of experience Contact center / Customer Service field
- Flexibility with rotational shifts (8:45 - 18:15 , 11:30 - 21:00) , Work 5 days/week
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai/English
- Open to learning and having open-mindedness
