Responsible for analyzing, strategizing, and implementing initiatives to enhance transportation efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance within the organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including DC teams, suppliers, and transportation service providers, to identify opportunities for optimization and streamline operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of transportation logistics.
Conduct comprehensive analyses of transportation processes, including route optimization, carrier performance, freight costs, and transportation modes.
Develop and implement strategies to improve transportation efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. This may involve renegotiating contracts, optimizing delivery schedules, or implementing new technologies.
Work closely with internal teams to align transportation initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
Evaluate and manage relationships with transportation service providers, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure quality service, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to contractual agreements.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in transportation logistics and assess their potential impact on operations.
Lead cross-functional projects related to transportation improvement initiatives, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and achievement of objectives.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong in project management abilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to identify and address complex transportation challenges.
