-Oversee the full-loop payroll process, which includes commission calculations and overtime, student loan, social security, personal tax, and provident fund, among other sources and other yearly report submission.
-Prepare employee’s related report e.g., headcount report, salary report, Attendance Report, employee’s profile, etc.
-Being a contact person on any issues relating to the employee’s database.
-Contact with 3rd parties or government bodies in term of HR issues.
-Supporting in organizing company events.
-Support administration and general affair related to employees, management, external parties, buildings and facilities maintenance.
