-Managing,planning,controlling and monitoring Section to achieve objectives,including providing consultation and basic problem-solving for employees
- Monitor the process&production performance daily, and always seek for improvements, following the Kaizen approach.
- Improve the inspection,washing, and assembly processes.
- Control Output and defect in section according to company target.
- Skill in problem solving.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female
- Age 35 years old up
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in Secondary Process / Plastic Injection Industrial.
- IATF16949:2016 basic knowledge is advantage.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good Communication and Cooperation with other section.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
